Shannon E. Loyd, owner of The Loyd Law Firm, PLLC, is board certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience in litigating cases involving insurance recovery, bad faith, and commercial construction defects.
Shannon represents commercial businesses and property owners in disputes with their insurance companies, including property damage and business interruption, as well as defense and indemnity if a business is sued. She also represents policyholders in agent liability cases. Shannon’s construction litigation experience includes helping commercial property owners to recover damages from general contractors and subcontractors due to construction defects. She has experience with issues involving inadequate design and consequential damages that may arise as a result of poor construction practices, whether new construction or remodels. Her clients have included commercial building owners, individual homeowners, condo associations and school districts.
During law school, Shannon was a member of Phi Delta Phi, the National Mock Trial Team.
Shannon is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas (2004) and the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. She is also a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.

Sandrine Shelton-Denbow Of Counsel
Born and raised in Killeen, Texas, Sandrine has strong roots in the central Texas and San Antonio area. In 2004, she began her legal career in the insurance arena by representing insurance carriers in bad faith litigation and writing coverage opinions regarding complex policy interpretation. Over the course of her practice, her litigation docket has included a multitude of practice areas including civil litigation, product liability and commercial litigation. She has represented a variety of clients in litigating breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death and insurance defense matters, as well as negotiating contracts for corporate entities.
Sandrine is married to Ryan and has two daughters. She is an active tennis player and participates in local leagues and tournaments. When she’s not in court or on the court, Sandrine enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading and attending UT football games and Spurs basketball games.
